Ski Portillo is an all inclusive resort. Therefore, the wines and parties all come at no additional cost. Treat yourself. Give yourself a little time for fun again. If you dont fancy the wine tasting, chill out by the famous outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi.
During wine week and wine fest seven different wineries in Chile present their grapes. Chilean wines have won top honors in international competition and are known for their blend of old world technique (including some very old vines and varietals from Spain and France) with new world verve and creativity.
The same is true of the slopes of Ski Portillo. With the Andes Mountains to call home, the slopes certainly don’t skimp on the thrills. Plentiful tree line and off-piste skiing, as well as adventurous inclines, are just a few of the reasons national ski teams from top ranking countries like Austria and the US dedicate time in Portillo each year.
Limited to only 450 guests per week at the resort, finding personal attention from an instructor and plenty of room to call your own on the 14 lifts and 35 runs is never difficult.
